This was an attempt to recreate my second batch, plus try to make it a little better.

Type: Extract w/grain Size: 4.5 gallons
Color:
17 HCU (~11 SRM)
Bitterness: 65 IBU
OG: 1.074 FG: 1.015
Alcohol: 7.6% v/v (5.9% w/w)
Water: none
Grain: .5 lb. British crystal 50-60L
.25 lb. American 2-row
.5 lb. Flaked barley
Steep: steep at 155 , sparge at 170
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.060 5.5 gallons
7 lb. Light dry malt extract
Hops: 1.5 oz. Northern Brewer (9.9% AA, 60 min.)
1 oz. Cascade (4.7% AA, 20 min.)
1 oz. Cascade (4.7% AA, 5 min.)
Yeast: Nottingham dry, starter, 1 step, O2 added at pitch time.
Log: 6 days at 68F thentransfered to secondary for another 10 days at 68F
Carbonation: Kegging, Force Carb
Tasting: Tasted at transfer and deceided no dry hopping was needed, very nice taste.
