A nice golden blonde summertime brew, light and hoppy.

Grain: 7 lb. American 2-row 1.8L
2 lb. German 2-row Vienna 3L
8 oz. German 2-row Munich 9.8L
4 oz. British Crystal 63L
Mash: 75% efficiency
- 4.5 gallons of water @ 150° for 60 minutes
- Sparge with 4.5 gallons of 170° water
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.039 7 gallons
Irish Moss for the last 15 minutes of boil
Hops: .5 oz. Cascade Plugs 6.5% (6.5% AA, 60 min.)
.5 oz. East Kent Goldings 5.1% (5.1% AA, 45 min.)
.5 oz. Cascade Plugs 6.5% (6.5% AA, 15 min.)
.5 oz. US Hallertauer Leaf 4.5% (4.5% AA, 15 min.)
.5 oz. East Kent Goldings 5.1% (5.1% AA, 15 min.)
1.5 oz. US Hallertauer Leaf 4.5% (aroma)
Yeast: Pitchable WyEast American Ale #1056

Primary for 7 days @ 60° F
Secondary 7 days @ 60° F (dry hopped with 1.5 oz Hallertauer Leaf)
Carbonation: 2.7 volumes Keg: 14.4 psi @ 40°F
