8 oz. American crystal 60L
8 oz. Dextrine malt (Cara-Pils)
Mash: 71% efficiency
1 hour at 152° F.
Boil: 90 minutes SG 1.040 6.5 gallons
Irish moss
Hops: 1.335 oz. Perle (8% AA, 80 min.)
0.5 oz. Cascade (6% AA, 10 min.)
0.5 oz. Cascade (6% AA, 1 min.)
1 oz. Cascade (aroma)
Yeast: Wyeast 1056 American ale.
