Grain: 7 lb. 3 oz. American 2-row
2 lb. Wheat malt
.75 lb. Flaked oats
Mash: 80% efficiency
Boil: minutes SG 1.049 6.5 gallons
.5 lb. Cane sugar
Hops: .5 oz. Saaz (3.75% AA, 60 min.)
Yeast: Use American Ale or US-05
Log: After 3 or 4 days of active fermentation, add 2 lbs strawberries and 2 lbs Rhubarb to secondary fermentor for 1 week. The strawberries were frozen and the rhubarb was fresh cut then frozen and blanched before adding to fermentor with 1/2 cup sugar.
