Water: 1 tsp gypsum added to city water

1 lb. 8 oz. Flaked oats
Mash: 70% efficiency
MI - 3 gallons/ 170 deg water/ 148 degree rest/ 10 minutes
.5 gallons / 175 degree water/ 152 degree rest / 50 minutes
MO 2 gallons / 180 degree water / 164 degree rest / 5 minutes
2 gallons / 212 degree water / 178 rest / start sparge to collect 7 gallons
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.038 7 gallons
IM at 10 minutes
Hops: .25 oz. Centennial (10.5% AA, 60 min.)
.25 oz. Amarillo (8.5% AA, 60 min.)
.25 oz. Centennial (10.5% AA, 30 min.)
.25 oz. Amarillo (8.5% AA, 30 min.)
.25 oz. Cascade (6% AA, 15 min.)
.25 oz. Centennial (10.5% AA, 15 min.)
1 oz. Cascade (aroma)
Yeast: repitch from batch 108 (nottingham origin)
Log: Preboil 1.044

75 degree pitch
68 degree fermentation
Note that last addition of cascades were 4 oz of fresh wet hops from garden ran thru hopback during chilling session.
Glass carboy
Transfer 7 days onto gelatin, 7 more days to clear
Carbonation: 2.5 volumes Keg: 14.9 psi @ 45°F
