6 lb. Light dry malt extract
1 lb. Corn sugar
Add Muntons Extra Light DME and
last 15 min add 1 tsp of irish moss
Hops: 1 oz. Hallertauer (4.25% AA, 60 min.)
.5 oz. Hallertauer (4.25% AA, 45 min.)
1. oz. Saaz (3.75% AA, 45 min.)
.5 oz. Tettnanger (4.5% AA, 45 min.)
.5 oz. Hallertauer (4.25% AA, 15 min.)
.5 oz. Tettnanger (4.5% AA, 15 min.)
Yeast: Wyeast German Ale yeast
