Mash: 20% efficiency
Mini-Mash at 155 degrees for 30-45 minutes.
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.045 15 gallons
16 lb. Light malt extract
Add Irish Moss at 20 minutes remaining in boil.
Hops: 5 oz. Hallertauer Mittelfruh (5% AA, 60 min.)
2 oz. Spalt (6.75% AA, 20 min.)
1.5 oz. Spalt (aroma)
Yeast: White Lab alt or kolsch strain.
