Mash: 40% efficiency
Mini-Mash at 155 degrees for 30-45 minutes.
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.039 15 gallons
12 lb. Light malt extract
Add Irish Moss at 20 minutes remaining in boil.
Hops: 6 oz. Hallertauer (4.25% AA, 60 min.)
3 oz. Saaz (3.75% AA, 20 min.)
1.5 oz. Saaz (aroma)
Yeast: White Lab alt or kolsch strain.
