This is a good Fall beer. Turned out slightly orange in color with medium body and good hop flavor with little bitterness.

Mash: 63% efficiency
Single infusion mash at 155 for 60 min.
Boil: 90 minutes SG 1.051 6.0 gallons
1 tsp Irish Moss.
Hops: .5 oz. Spalt (3.3% AA, 60 min.)
.5 oz. Willamette (5% AA, 60 min.)
1 oz. Hallertauer (3.2% AA, 30 min.)
.5 oz. Spalt (3.3% AA, 30 min.)
.5 oz. Hallertauer (aroma)
.5 oz. Spalt (aroma)
Yeast: White Labs German Ale WLP029
Log: Primary fermentation at 68 for 1 week in plastic. Secondary fermentation at 35 for 1 week in plastic. Kegged in stainless steel.
Carbonation: Forced.
