1.5 oz. Saaz (2.8% AA, 15 min.)

Log: Recipe modified from BYO magazine. Didn't have enough 60L, so I
increased the 20L and added some chocolate malt.
Tasting: Brewed in March. Beer has been conditioning in keg in fridge since
then. Tasted prior to serving at Party. Very light hop aroma.
Pleasing, fairly balanced taste. Hint of caramel/sweetness in
aftertaste. I am very excited to drink this full bore at the party.
