1 lb. American crystal 20L
Steep: Steep Grains for 30 min At 150°.
Boil: 60 min minutes SG 1.080 3 gallons
3 lb. Light dry malt extract
1 lb. Amber dry malt extract
I add 1 tsp. of Irish Moss with 15 Minutes left in the boil.
Hops: 1.5 oz. Hallertauer (4.0% AA, 60 min.)
1/2 oz. Hallertauer (4.0% AA, 15 min.)
1/2 oz. Hallertauer (4.0% AA, 5 min.)
Yeast: White Labs German Ale/Kolsch yeast #WLP029
