Kolmbus Kölsch

This is my first all-grain Kolsch, should be good out of the keg.

Type: All grain Size: 5 gallons
Color:
4 HCU (~4 SRM)
Bitterness: 21 IBU
OG: 1.048 FG: 1.008
Alcohol: 5.2% v/v (4.1% w/w)
Water: Tap water from Columbus, OH
Grain: 8 lb. Belgian Pilsner
2 lb. Wheat malt
Mash: 65% efficiency
Rest at 148° F for 30 Min
Raise to 155° F for 60 Min
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.040 6 gallons
Irishmoss 15 minutes from end of boil.
Hops: 1 oz. Hallertauer Hersbrucker (5% AA, 60 min.)
1 oz. Saaz (aroma)
Yeast: Whitelabs Kolsch
Log: Start Fermenting at 80° F until fermentation starts. Then lower to 50° F for two weeks.
Carbonation: 2.5 volumes Keg: 12.3 psi @ 40°F
