Mash: 67% efficiency
Single - infusion in a 10 gallon Gott cooler at 154° F
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.048 14 gallons
Irish moss at :15 to go
Hops: 1.5 oz. Northern Brewer (8.5% AA, 60 min.)
2.5 oz. Hallertauer (4.25% AA, 30 min.)
2.5 oz. Hallertauer (4.25% AA, 15 min.)
Yeast: Koelsch yeast with a starter
Carbonation: Force carbonated at 2.2 volumes
Tasting: This is an excellent brew!
