Type: Partial mash Size: 5.5 gallons

8 HCU (~6 SRM)
Bitterness: 22 IBU
OG: 1.054 FG: 1.010
Alcohol: 5.7% v/v (4.5% w/w)
Grain: 1 lb. Wheat malt
1 lb. American Vienna
.5 oz. Dextrine malt (Cara-Pils)
Mash: 75% efficiency
Bring 1 gal. water to 150* and mash all grains for 1 hr.
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.133 2.25 gallons
6.60 lb. Light malt extract
Use 1 tsp. Irish Moss at 60 min. and another 1 tsp. at 45 min. for clarity
Hops: 2 oz. Hallertauer (4.25% AA, 60 min.)
.5 oz. Fuggles (4.75% AA, 45 min.)
1 oz. Hallertauer (4.25% AA, 30 min.)
.5 oz. Tettnanger (4.5% AA, 15 min.)
.5 oz. Tettnanger (aroma)
Yeast: White Labs German Kolsch #WLP029
Log: Ferment 7 days in primary and rack to secondary. Ferment another 2 weeks, bottle and store at cellar temp for 2 weeks and enjoy.
Carbonation: Boil 1 cup water and add 5 oz. corn sugar. Add to finished product.
