Hops: 1.5 oz. Hallertauer pellets (3.8% AA, 60 min.)
.5 oz. Hallertauer pellets (3.8% AA, 15 min.)
1 oz. Hallertauer pellets (aroma)
Yeast: WYeast Kolsch yeast cake pitched 06Feb2000

Primary: 14 days @ 65F
