Flanders Sour Brown #2

This is a Sour Brown that I threw together after discovering I
didn't have enough base malt and corn to follow Wheeler and
Protz recipe for Rodenbach Grand Cru (Brew Classic European
Beers at Home)

Bitterness: 17 IBU
OG: 1.065 FG: 1.016
Alcohol: 6.3% v/v (5.0% w/w)
Water: Rochester, NY tap water (Scottsville)
Grain: 7.10 lb. Belgian pale
2.45 lb. German Pilsner
1.6 lb. Belgian aromatic
1.5 lb. Belgian CaraMunich
3.2 oz. British chocolate
2 lb. Flaked corn
Mash: 80% efficiency
52°C - 20 min
62° C - 40 min
72° C - 4 0min
Boil: 90 minutes SG 1.053 8.25 gallons
Hops: 1.5 oz. Hallertauer (4.25% AA, 90 min.)
Yeast: Will pitch on to yeast cake of Wyeast Roeselare that has been in plastic primary a few months.
