Alcohol: 5.5% v/v (4.3% w/w)
Grain: .5 lb. American crystal 40L
Steep: bring grains to 155 DF steep for 20 mins remove grains
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.051 8 gallons
7 lb. Light dry malt extract
1 lb. Wheat extract
1 lb. Belgian candi sugar
.5 oz orange peel last 15 mins of boil
.5 oz corriander seed last 15 mins of boil

the bullion addition is actually amarillo, but this is not an option in the recipator...same IBU rating though (that's why i picked bullion)
Hops: 1.5 oz. Styrian Goldings (5.5% AA, 60 min.)
.5 oz. Kent Goldings (5% AA, 30 min.)
.5 oz. Bullion (8.5% AA, 15 min.)
1 oz. Styrian Goldings (aroma)
Yeast: WLP 565 Saison I
Log: Primary: Pitch a yeast starter and ferment for 10 days @ 68 DF

Secondary: 2 weeks

Dry hop: 2 oz Styrian goldings
Carbonation: 5 oz corn sugar for bottling
