Steep: Steep 30 minutes at 155°F.
Boil: 30 minutes SG 1.086 3.5 gallons
1.51kg Light malt extract
1.51kg Wheat extract
0.50kg Honey
Add extract when boil reaches 195°F, after all extract is added get rolling boil for 2-3 minutes before adding hops.
add honey, 11g of coriander, cracked in a coffee grinder (last 15 minutes of boil)
Zest of 2.5 oranges (last 15 minutes of boil)
Hops: 31.2g Saaz (3.75% AA, 30 min.)
Yeast: 3944 Belgian Wit yeast
Log: Brewed: 7-29-09 Total time: 1 hour 20 minutes
Carbonation: 2.3 volumes Keg: 12.5 psi @ 45°F
