Alcohol: 4.7% v/v (3.7% w/w)
Grain: 4 oz. Belgian aromatic
4 oz. Flaked oats
8 oz. Flaked wheat
4 oz. Rice Hulls
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.118 2 gallons
4 lb. Wheat extract Muntons Dry
1 lb. Light dry malt extract
Add grains to 1 gal Steep for 30 minutes, strain and sparge with 1 gal water. Bring to a boil and add extract and hops. at 45 minutes add 3/4 tsp. crushed coriander and 6 gr. orange peel. Boil for 13 minutes and add aroma hops, 15 grams orange peel, 1/4 tsp. crushed coriander.
Hops: 2 oz. Kent Goldings (5% AA, 60 min.)
.5 oz. Saaz (aroma)
Yeast: Wyeast Belgian Wheat
Carbonation: 2.4 volumes Corn Sugar: 4.27 oz. for 5 gallons @ 72°F
