This beer turned out great! the look was just right too!

Type: Partial mash Size: 15 liters
Color:
7 HCU (~6 SRM)
Bitterness: 16 IBU
OG: 1.044 FG: 1.008
Alcohol: 4.6% v/v (3.6% w/w)
Water: Very soft Christchurch water
Grain: 200g British pale
1.5kg Organic raw wheat
Mash: 40% efficiency
I grind my wheat in a blender rather than try and mill it.

40° for 20mins
65° for 60mins
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.055 12 liters
1.5kg Light malt extract
16g tbspn of crushed coriander seeds during the last 5mins of boil
Hops: 8g NZ Super Alpha (12% AA, 60 min.)
5g NZ Super Alpha (12% AA, 5 min.)
Yeast: SafaleWheat K-97 dried yeast
Log: primary 7days
secondary 7days
Carbonation: 1 tspn of cane sugar per 745ml bottle
Tasting: A really beautiful beer, this beer is pretty close to Hoegaarden. Which is pretty good considering it uses a dry yeast.
