Bitterness: 16 IBU
OG: 1.051 FG: 1.010
Alcohol: 5.3% v/v (4.1% w/w)
Water: 1 tbsp FiveStar 5.2 plus 1/2 crushed campden tablet per 5 gallons of water used for mash and sparge.
Grain: 5 lb. Belgian Pilsner
2 lb. Wheat malt
2 lb. Raw wheat
8 oz. Dextrine malt (Cara-Pils)
Mash: 65% efficiency
Mash in at 148F for 60 minutes.
Raise to 170F for 10 minutes.
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.041 6.5 gallons
1 lb. Honey
0.25 ounces Curaco (last 5 min of boil)
0.25 ounces Orange Peel (last 5 min of boil)
0.25 ounces Coriander (last 5 min of boil)
Hops: 1 oz. Tettnanger (4.5% AA, 60 min.)
Yeast: White Labs WLP410 Belgium Wit II from a 750ml starter.
