This beer turned out alright, a nice beer for summer

6 HCU (~5 SRM)
Bitterness: 14 IBU
OG: 1.043 FG: 1.009
Alcohol: 4.4% v/v (3.5% w/w)
Water: Very soft Christchurch water
Grain: 1.3kg Raw wheat
Mash: 50% efficiency
40° for 20mins
65° for 60mins
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.054 12 liters
1.5kg Light malt extract
1-1/2 tbspn of crushed coriander seeds during the last 5mins of boil
Hops: 15g NZ DSaaz (5.6% AA, 60 min.)
5g NZ DSaaz (5% AA, 10 min.)
Yeast: SafWheat dried yeast
Log: primary 7days
secondary 10 days
Carbonation: 1 tspn of cane sugar per 745ml bottle
Tasting: A really smooth beer, a beautiful white head on a straw coloured beer.
The wheat tang wasnt particulary strong though, just enough to make it interesting.
