Refreshing summer brew

Water: Distilled Water
Grain: 8 oz. Dextrine malt (Cara-Pils)
Steep: Steep dextrine cara-pils in 2.5 gallons water at 150° for 30 minutes. Remove and add extracts, whole wheat flour and hallertaur hops boil 60 minutes. Last 15 add honey, cascade, Irish Moss Orange zest and coriander.
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.090 2.5 gallons
3 lb. 4 oz. Light malt extract
1 lb. 4 oz. Light dry malt extract
1 lb. Honey
4 oz. whole Wheat
.25 oz. coriander
.25 oz. orange zest
Irish Moss for the last 15 minutes
Hops: 1.5 oz. Hallertauer (4.25% AA, 60 min.)
1.5 oz. Cascade (4.5% AA, 60 min.)
Yeast: Safbrew T-58 Wheat Rehydrate with 1 cup distilled water. Pitch after yeast has sat for a half hour.
Log: ferment for 4-6 days. Rack to secondary for 5 days. 5 oz corn sugar for bottling
Tasting: very clean and crisp. Chill haze was present after 30 days in bottles. Great orange nose
