Simple Wit

I made this batch of beer for a friend's wedding. Quite tasty, slightly tart, and very simple to make.

Type: Extract w/grain Size: 5 gallons
Color:
3 HCU (~3 SRM)
Bitterness: 15 IBU
OG: 1.056 FG: 1.010
Alcohol: 5.9% v/v (4.6% w/w)
Grain: .5 lb. Dextrine malt (Cara-Pils)
1.0 lb. Flaked oats
1.0 lb. Flaked wheat
Steep: Steep in grain bag until water temperature reaches 160F. Remove.
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.056 5 gallons
6.0 lb. Wheat extract
.5 lb. Belgian candi sugar
2 oz. corriander, last 10 minutes of boil
2 oz. dried curacao orange peel, last 10 minutes of boil
1 oz. dried elderflowers, last 10 minutes of boil
Hops: 1.0 oz. Hallertauer (4.25% AA, 60 min.)
1.0 oz. Hallertauer (aroma)
Yeast: Wyeast Belgian Wheat
Log: Fermentation tempterature 68F
Two weeks in primary
Carbonation: Priming= 3/4 cup corn sugar
