blue berry ale

I was hoping to get a more blueberry flavor. Instead I got a nice wine like warm when drunk, and a low hop taste and a after effect of berry flavor. It is good but needs to add more blueberries.

Type: All grain Size: 6 gallons
Color:
12 HCU (~8 SRM)
Bitterness: 17 IBU
OG: 1.057 FG: 1.012
Alcohol: 5.8% v/v (4.6% w/w)
Water: I added 1 tsp of citric acid and 1 tsp gypsum to both steep water and sparge water.
Grain: 5.75 lb. pale malt 2 row
3 lb. pale malt 2 row bel
1.5 lb. honey malt
.63 lb. biscuit malt
Mash: 80% efficiency
mash in 13.62 qt of water @ 170.5 ° water for a 158 step temp. for 45 minutes
mash out add 5.94 qt of 196.6 ° water for 10 minutes.
took starch test and passed.
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.069 5 gallons
1 lb. Honey
after hot break added 1 lb of honey and stirred.
added 1 tsp of irish moss at 15 minutes
at flame out added 3 qt of freshed blueberries (crushed and marinated in 1 oz of honey).
after cold break strained blueberries from fermentor.
Hops: .5 oz. sterling (7.5% AA, 60 min.)
.5 oz. strisslpalt (1.8% AA, 60 min.)
.5 oz. cascade (6.2% AA, 30 min.)
Yeast: made a starter w/ 100 ml of cooled wort and 1 pkg of nottingham yeast.
pitched in at 88 ° wort temp. Afetr 5 hours had fermentation (caustion I had a blow over in my fermentor due to lack of space).

Log: I left it on the fermentor for 2 weeks then secondary rack for another 2 weeks. bottled
Carbonation: used 3/4 cup of dextrose
Tasting: has warm wine taste at first taste the suttle after taste of berry flavor. I think more blueberry is needed.
