Type: Extract Size: 5 gallons
Color:
8 HCU (~6 SRM)
Bitterness: 16 IBU
OG: 1.067 FG: 1.005
Alcohol: 7.9% v/v (6.2% w/w)
Water: Add a teaspoon or so of gypsum if you like.
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.067 5 gallons
6 lb. Light LME
3 lb. Wheat DME
Hops: 1 oz. Kent Goldings (5% AA, 60 min.)
Yeast: Wyeast #3278 Lambic Blend XL
Log: Add seasoned oak cubes to primary.
Leave in primary for 1 year.
Rinse cubes with hot water, dry, and store for use in subsequent batches.
Carbonation: Bottle using corn sugar and 1 package of Safeale dry.
