Summer Adventure

I made this beer by accident.I had supplies left over from various
batches I thought I should use up.Well the hops were no good(always
use fresh)so I proceded without them.So I threw a few spices in to
see what would happen. Not to bad,but very little head.

Carbonation: I took 1 1/4 cup of dry malt from the 1 lb.before the boil and used

Tasting: There is a little cidery but sweet taste that seems to get better with
age.As it gets older it turns Red.Next I would try some licorice to
put more head on it.Never thought I would make a beer with no hops.
