Turned out to be 10% abv, great color (not so dark as indicated) and aroma.

Grain: 8 oz. Belgian aromatic
4 oz. Belgian CaraVienne
2 oz. Belgian chocolate
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.106 4 gallons
5 lb. Light malt extract
3 lb. Light dry malt extract
2 lb. Brown sugar
Add Irish Moss at 15 minutes remaining
Sweet orange peel in hot wort
Hops: 1.5 oz. Styrian Goldings (5.5% AA, 60 min.)
1 oz. Styrian Goldings (5.5% AA, 30 min.)
.5 oz. Willamette (5% AA, 15 min.)
Yeast: Whites Abbey Yeast
Carbonation: 1/4 cup corn sugar w 2 cups water
