Tripel Threat

I'm a brewing newbie.I threw this together based on some of the homebrewing research I've been doing.If anyone has any suggestions on what I could do better or what I'm doing right let me know.If anyone brews this tell me what you think.

Bitterness: 21 IBU
OG: 1.124 FG: 1.024
Alcohol: 12.9% v/v (10.2% w/w)
Grain: 1.36 lb. Belgian CaraVienne
5.5 oz. British Carastan light
2.0 oz. Flaked oats
Steep: steep grains @ 155° for 45 minutes.
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.207 3 gallons
8.14 lb. Light malt extract
1.20 lb. Belgian candi sugar
5.50 lb. Wheat extract
1.00 lb. Amber malt extract
Hops: 2.75 oz. Hallertauer (4.25% AA, 45 min.)
2.75 oz. Willamette (5% AA, 45 min.)
Yeast: White Labs Belgian Abbey Yeast WLP530.Use a starter
