Dark Trippel

This is my attempt to create a Delirium Nocturnum-ish beer. Its an experiment in progress, but based on a couple of good recipes. Hope you like it.

Type: Extract w/grain Size: 5 gallons
Color:
113 HCU (~38 SRM)
Bitterness: 21 IBU
OG: 1.087 FG: 1.020
Alcohol: 8.6% v/v (6.8% w/w)
Grain: 1 lb. 8 oz. Belgian Pilsner
8 oz. Dextrine malt (Cara-Pils)
Steep: steep at 160°
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.087 5 gallons
8 lb. 0 oz. Dark dry malt extract
1 lb. Belgian candi sugar
added .5 oz Irish Moss at 10 min
Hops: 1 oz. Hallertauer (4.25% AA, 45 min.)
.5 oz. Styrian Goldings (5.5% AA, 30 min.)
1 oz. Saaz (3.75% AA, 15 min.)
Yeast: WYEAST #1762
Carbonation: 2.0 volumes Corn Sugar: 2.94 oz. for 4.7 gallons @ 70°F
