Honey Corriander Grand Cru

This started out as a Grand Cru, and quickly evolved into a spiced
"Belgian Other". I still like to think it will fit the Grand Cru style, but with the addition of so much coriander and the orange peel, im not so sure.

19 HCU (~11 SRM)
Bitterness: 19 IBU
OG: 1.063 FG: 1.010
Alcohol: 6.9% v/v (5.4% w/w)
Water: Carbon Filtered Anchorage Water
Grain: 6 oz. American Munich
4 oz. American crystal 10L
Steep: steeped the grains 30 minutes at 150
Boil: 70 minutes SG 1.106 3 gallons
2 lb. Light dry malt extract
3 lb. Amber dry malt extract
2 lb. Honey
Added Irish Moss at 15minutes.
Added 1oz Crushed Coriander at 15mins
Added 1oz Crushed Coriander at Flameout
Added 3Tbs Grated Organic Orange Peel at Flameout
Added 2LBS Organic Mountain Fireweed Honey at Flameout
Will Dry Hop with 1oz Fresh Crushed Coriander seed.
Hops: 1 oz. Styrian Goldings (4.0% AA, 60 min.)
.5 oz. Hallertauer (4.0% AA, 30 min.)
1 oz. Hallertauer (4.0% AA, 15 min.)
1 oz. Saaz (2.6% AA, 15 min.)
1 oz. Hallertauer (aroma)
1 oz. Saaz (aroma)
Yeast: Wyeast Belgian Trappist 3787 XL smackpack
