Grain: 16 oz. Belgian CaraMunich
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.124 3 gallons
6 lb. Light malt extract
2 lb. Light dry malt extract
1 lb. Belgian candi sugar
Hops: 2 oz. Styrian Goldings (5.5% AA, 60 min.)
1 oz. Saaz (aroma)
Yeast: White Labs Abbey Ale (pitchable vial). There was a very funky smell coming off the fermenting beer after 2 days, but it went away after a week.

Carbonation: 3 oz corn sugar
Tasting: Tastes awesome at bottling. 2 cases of homebrewed Chimay Red... it's a beautiful thing.
