Used "brew in a bag" method, and managed to get about 80% efficiency.
Boil: 65 minutes SG 1.053 7 gallons
8 oz. Belgian candi sugar
Whirlfloc at 10
Hops: .5 oz. Northern Brewer (8.9% AA, 60 min.)
.5 oz. Northern Brewer (8.9% AA, 30 min.)
.7 oz. Styrian Goldings (3.5% AA, 15 min.)
.3 oz. Styrian Goldings (3.5% AA, 5 min.)
Yeast: Belgian Yeast (don't remember which kind)
Log: 8/7/09
Ferment at 76
Tasting: Haven't tasted it yet, but the raw wort tasted good going into the fermenter.
