A nice drinkable ale for my sister's wedding. Should be similar to Leffe Blonde

Grain: 11 lb. Belgian Pilsner
1 lb. Wheat malt
.5 lb. Dextrine malt (Cara-Pils)
Mash: 75% efficiency
step mash, 122, 154, 170
Boil: 90 minutes SG 1.047 8 gallons
.5 lb. Cane sugar
irish moss at 15 min to go
Hops: 2 oz. Willamette (5% AA, 60 min.)
.5 oz. Saaz (3.75% AA, 30 min.)
.5 oz. Saaz (aroma)
Yeast: Wyeast belgian abbey ale 1214
Carbonation: kegged, 8/10 cup sugar for medium-high carbonation
