1 lb. Belgian Munich
.5 lb. Belgian biscuit
.5 lb. Belgian CaraMunich
.25 lb. Belgian Special B
Mash: 75% efficiency
step infusion mash
Boil: 90 minutes SG 1.035 10 gallons
Hops: 1.22 oz. Styrian Goldings (5.5% AA, 60 min.)
0.61 oz. Styrian Goldings (5.5% AA, 30 min.)
0.61 oz. Tettnanger (4.5% AA, 15 min.)
1 oz. Tettnanger (aroma)
Yeast: wyeast belgian ale (chimay clone) or Westmalle clone ( trappist high gravity)
