Bitterness: 24 IBU
OG: 1.056 FG: 1.010
Alcohol: 5.9% v/v (4.6% w/w)
Grain: 12 lb. German Pilsner
.5 lb. Belgian Munich
Steep: Steep Grains in a mesh bag for 15 minutes at 170°
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.093 3 gallons
1 lb. Belgian candi sugar
1 lb. Honey
Irish Moss added at 30 Minutes.
Honey added at the end of the boil.

Optional: 2 ounces of sweet Orange Peel
Hops: 1 oz. Hallertauer (4.25% AA, 60 min.)
1 oz. Saaz (3.75% AA, 30 min.)
.5 oz. Nugget (12% AA, 15 min.)
Yeast: WLP550 Great for warmer fermentation times (68° - 78°)
Carbonation: 2.2 volumes Corn Sugar: 3.66 oz. for 5 gallons @ 70°F
