Type: All grain Size: 5.5 gallons

19 HCU (~11 SRM)
Bitterness: 31 IBU
OG: 1.055 FG: 1.010
Alcohol: 5.8% v/v (4.5% w/w)
Grain: 2.5 lb. Belgian pale
9.75 lb. Belgian Pilsner
6 oz. German Munich
6 oz. Belgian aromatic
6 oz. Belgian biscuit
4 oz. Belgian Special B
3 oz. Gambrinus Honey
Mash: 50% efficiency
Mashed 120mins at 154. Had no way to control the flowrate from HLT... sparged in less than 30minutes... Hence the Horrible efficiency... HEY, it was my first AG batch.
Boil: 90 minutes SG 1.046 6.5 gallons
1 lb. Belgian candi sugar
Added 1Tbs Crushed Corriander at 30mins and again at 10mins.
Hops: 1.5 oz. Fuggles (4.1% AA, 60 min.)
.5 oz. Kent Goldings (4.3% AA, 30 min.)
.5 oz. Kent Goldings (4.3% AA, 15 min.)
Yeast: Wyeast Seasonal 3538 Leuven Pale Belgian Yeast.
we'll see about this one, dont know anyone that has used it.
