Hops: 1.5 oz. Willamette (5% AA, 60 min.)
.5 oz. Willamette (5% AA, 15 min.)
Yeast: MUNTONS DRY
Log: SPARGED GRAINS AFTER STEEPING WITH 1 GAL OF 150 DEG EXSISTING WORT.
PUT HONEY AND D.M.E. IN AFTER 60 MIN HOP BOIL ( SOME NEW METHOD I HEARD OF ).ADDED 4 POUNDS OF DOOR COUNTY WISCONSIN CHERRIES IN THE SECONDARY.MUNICH WAS ACTUALLY GAMBRINUS HONEY MALT GRAIN.
Tasting: ROBBED SOME AT BOTTLING, HAD GREAT COLOR AND CHERRY TASTE.
