Bavarian windmill pale wheat beer

Took a Baverian ale recipe and made a super Belgian pale wheat beer,
It was my first time using a Beer Slurry and Brambling Cross hops I will do that one again. citrus and fruit flavors abound with the sweet honey taste.

Bitterness: 20 IBU
OG: 1.056 FG: 1.009
Alcohol: 6.0% v/v (4.7% w/w)
Water: none we have great water
Grain: 6 lb. American 2-row
8 oz. American Munich
8 oz. Belgian biscuit
1 lb. American crystal 20L
3 lb. Raw wheat
Mash: 65% efficiency
Mashed at 150f for 80min. And the crystal 20 I listed is really Crystal "Honey malt" 25L
Boil: 55 minutes SG 1.053 5.25 gallons
8 oz. Belgian candi sugar
Irish moss at 5min. left in boil
Hops: 28g Kent Goldings (6.2% AA, 55 min.)
21g Hallertauer (aroma)
Yeast: White labs Belgan ale yeast and a Growler full of slurry (yeast) from Jack Russell Brewery Big Ass Wheat beer.
Log: Ferment at 68f 4 days , secondary 21days at 54f, then bottled
Carbonation: 25lbs 2/3days, then 10lbs pour/bottle
Tasting: Great the first week will keep you informed
