Grain: 15 lb. American 2-row
4 lb. German Vienna
1 lb. American victory
1 lb. American crystal 10L
2 lb. Flaked oats
2 lb. Flaked wheat
Mash: 65% efficiency
single step for 60 min. @154° in 8 gallons
sparge with 9 gallons
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.051 11.5 gallons
2 oz. Corriander
1 oz. Bitter Orange peel
1 oz. Sweet Orange peel
2 tsp. Irish Moss
all added for final 15 min.
Hops: .5 oz. Centennial (10.5% AA, 60 min.)
1 oz. Northern Brewer (8.5% AA, 60 min.)
1 oz. Kent Goldings (5% AA, 15 min.)
1.5 oz. Centennial (aroma)
Yeast: Will do two 5 gallon batches.One batch using Edme dry yeast, the other using Wyeast Irish Ale.
Log: Dry hop with 1 oz. Kent Goldings
