500g Wheat malt
500g Belgian biscuit
200g American crystal 60L
Mash: 75% efficiency
Mash in at 66C. Mash out 77C.
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.068 6 gallons
500g Belgian candi sugar
Hops: .5 oz. Hallertauer (4.25% AA, 60 min.)
.75 oz. Northern Brewer (8.5% AA, 60 min.)
.5 oz. Mt. Hood (4.5% AA, 40 min.)
.75 oz. Saaz (3.75% AA, 10 min.)
1 oz. Saaz (aroma)
Yeast: Belgian ale yeast WLP 550
Log: ferment at 24C.
