Grain: 9 lb. Belgian Pilsner
4 oz. Dextrine malt (Cara-Pils)
4 oz. Belgian CaraVienne
1 lb. Raw wheat
Mash: 75% efficiency

Boil: 100 minutes SG 1.041 7.5 gallons
.5 lb. Belgian candi sugar
1/2 oz. Ground Coriander -- at knock out
Hops: 1.33 oz. Hallertauer (5.3% AA, 60 min.)
.5 oz. Saaz (aroma)
Yeast: Brewtek- CL380 slant. Stepped up to 2, 1000ml flasks. Probably pitched a total volume of 400ml of yeast. Will NOT be oxygenating the wort. The yeast is described as leaving a smooth, full character to the malt with mild yet pleasant esters and flavors reminiscent of apple pie spices.
