BIAB procedure. Add grain and water. Slowly heat to 150°. Mash for 90 min. Bring temp to mash-out, 170°.
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.053 6.5 gallons
Hops: .5 oz. Warrior (15% AA, 50 min.)
.5 oz. Amarillo (10.5% AA, 20 min.)
.5 oz. Simcoe (12% AA, 20 min.)
