infusion mash recirculated slowly for 2 hours with mash hopping. 2 hour runoff
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.050 11 gallons

Hops: 4 oz. Chinook (12% AA, 60 min.)
3 oz. Cascade (6% AA, 15 min.)
2 oz. Cascade (aroma)
Yeast: American Ale yeast or London ale
Carbonation: keg
Tasting: It's over-the-top hopped, maybe add sulfates to water or reduce hops a bit. Lots of hop flavor, so be sure to use fresh hops
