This is my 1st attempt at creating a beer with the Recipator.....
Gonna brew this baby on 2/22/99.

Type: Partial mash Size: 5.5 gallons
Color:
53 HCU (~23 SRM)
Bitterness: 39 IBU
OG: 1.052 FG: 1.015
Alcohol: 4.7% v/v (3.7% w/w)
Water: Water is filtered in a charcoal water treatment system.
Grain: 5 lb. American 2-row
1 lb. American Vienna
1 lb. American crystal 10L
.5 lb. Roasted barley
Mash: 60% efficiency
Single step mash
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.071 4 gallons
3.3 lb. Light malt extract
Hops: 1 oz. Northern Brewer (8.5% AA, 60 min.)
1 oz. Kent Goldings (5% AA, 30 min.)
1 oz. Kent Goldings (5% AA, 15 min.)
1 oz. Cascade (aroma)
Yeast: Wyeast London Ale
Log: will brew 2/22/99
fermentation temps usually around 65 deg.
dry hop with Cascades in secondary for 2 weeks.
Carbonation: Bottle conditioned with 1 1/4 cups DME.
