Hops: 50g Cluster (7% AA, 60 min.)
25g Northern Brewer (8.5% AA, 15 min.)
25g Cascade (6% AA, 1 min.)
25g Willamette (5% AA, 1 min.)
Yeast: Wyeast 1056

Kegged Feb 16, 1999
First taste (you guessed it) Feb 16, 1999
Tasting: Although, now, a little young, I can tell this is going to be a good
one. The malt and the hops come together nicely. The Cascades and
Willamette give an interesting, tangy finish. I'll brew this again!
