Type: Extract Size: 2.5 gallons

Bitterness: 58 IBU
OG: 1.063 FG: 1.013
Alcohol: 6.4% v/v (5.0% w/w)
Boil: minutes SG 1.052 3 gallons
1.9 lb. Light malt extract
1.9 lb. Light dry malt extract
Irish moss at 10 minutes left in boil
Hops: .6 oz. Willamette (4.2% AA, 60 min.)
.6 oz. Hallertauer Hersbrucker (3% AA, 30 min.)

1 oz. Saaz (aroma)

Tasting: This turned out excellent. Nice thick creamy head on this beer, leaving a beautiful lace. Bitterness is lingering, but balanced by the fruity yeast flavor.
