This is my second batch, i will let you know how it turns out!TURNED OUT GREAT WOULD RECOMEND TO ANYONE WHO LOVES HOPS!

Beer: jungle juice IPA Style: India Pale Ale
Type: Extract Size: 5 gallons
Color:
13 HCU (~8 SRM)
Bitterness: 31 IBU
OG: 1.061 FG: 1.010
Alcohol: 6.6% v/v (5.2% w/w)
Water: used tap water from fuquay varina
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.122 2.5 gallons
6.6 lb. Light malt extract
1.65 lb. Amber malt extract
Hops: 1 oz. Eroica (10% AA, 60 min.)
1 oz. Northern Brewer (7.5% AA, 20 min.)
1 oz. Willamette (4.5% AA, 5 min.)
Yeast: whitbread yeast
Log: 12 DAYS IN PRIMARY, CONDITIONED FOR 28 DAYS
Carbonation: I MIXED THIS BATCH UP ABIT, I BOTTLED A 12 PACK AND USED A COUPLE OF MINIKEGS FOR MOST, THEN I PUT THE REST IN A 2 LITER PET BOTTLE AND FORCE CARBONATED IT TO TAKE TO A FRIENDS HOUSE,
Tasting: YOU GOTTA LOVE HOPS! THIS ONE HAS A HIGHER HOP RATING THAN THE CALCULATOR SHOWS, NICE COLOR GREAT FLAVOR WITH A BITTER FINISH. I'LL BREW AGAIN BUT WITH A DIFFERENT BITTERING HOP OR LESS TIME.
