3 lb. American crystal 60L
3 lb. Dextrine malt (Cara-Pils)
Mash: 74% efficiency
Mash in with 8 gallons at ~167°F to hit Mash Temp of 152°F

Boil: 90 minutes SG 1.075 14 gallons
FWH with Chinook/Centennial 60 minute addition
Add whirfloc/irish moss at 20 minutes
Hops: .5 oz. Cascade (4% AA, 60 min.)
.5 oz. Centennial (9.2% AA, 60 min.)
1 oz. Chinook (12.5% AA, 60 min.)
2.25 oz. Cascade (4% AA, 20 min.)
