Steep: Divided malt into two cheescloth bags. Simmer @ 150º for 40 minutes.
Sparged with 1½ Gal. 170º wort.
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.046 6.5 gallons
6 lb. 4 oz. Light dry malt extract
1 Tsp Irish Moss for 30 minutes
Hops: 1.5 oz. Nugget (10.4% AA, 60 min.)
1 oz. Kent Goldings (4.1% AA, 30 min.)
1.5 oz. Nugget (10.4% AA, 5 min.)
Yeast: Pitched 1000 ml starter into 72ºF wort
White's London Ale Yeast
White's California Ale Yeast
